We prioritize agency and choice, allowing you to work at your own pace while accommodating your energy levels, injuries, and individual needs. You'll consider how to work with the effects of cannabis in a way that supports your wellbeing. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to enhance your practice, this course invites you to explore movement in a way that feels right for you.

Join us on this empowering journey to well-being! Led by Raquel Minh, founder of Kanuka Yoga & co-owner of School of Modern Meditation, trauma-informed plant medicine guide, and ACC ISSC group yoga facilitator. Supported by Imogen Bicknell, Cannabis Clinic doctor.
