Explore 4 different chapters on how mushrooms are being considered to address women's health. Shared from a trauma-informed, harm reduction and educational approach incorporating science, culture, and plant medicine.

We cover both biological, gender-identity driven experiences, as well as your own meaning of the seasonal shifts we may notice within and how this may parallel another's journey.
