Friday evening = preparation.

We’ll spend time at the yoga studio for the opening circle. Ease into a blue lotus intention-setting  and a restorative yoga practice. Then head to riverside accommodation for a fireside chat to learn more about the history of this plant medicine and modern developments around the world.

Saturday = ceremony.

We will have breakfast, sauna and an outdoor shower in the morning. Feel free to get out on the water with a stand-up paddle board or kayak. We'll practice somatic resourcing before our plant medicine ceremony. Dinner and fireside chat to begin integration.

Sunday morning = integration.

We have a taste of integration practices to help draw meaning & connection from your experience.

Begin to bring the insights received into your day-to-day life.

Sharing closing circle.

All activities are optional.

Accomodation is immersed in nature, on the banks of an estuary and surrounded by Kanuka trees.

You will have the option to share rooms (bund beds, thick mattresses & pillows) or pitch your own tent.

There are fireplaces within the community rooms and an outdoor fire we have going in the afternoon and evening.

There is an indoor shower and flushing toilet, as well as an outdoor shower and clean composting toilet.

Please note that the accomodation is simple and humble but has all the kitchen amenities (fridges, stove, microwave, kettle)

There is no wifi. We welcome you to embrace the more analogue way of life this weekend and lean into the rustic environment.

How to register your interest:
