About Raquel Minh

I'm a global tumbleweed woven from roots around the world.

Mexican and Vietnamese, born in the United States, and residing in Aotearoa New Zealand. On a journey of reclaiming indigenous ancestry.
A trauma-informed facilitator, plant medicine guide, and yoga teacher. I often contemplate, how did I get here?

I experienced an adverse childhood resulting in CPTSD. I began studying psychology in university at the same time I started experimenting with plant medicine. I moved into a gentler yoga practice after a decade of being a competitive athlete. Then opened a yoga studio which led me down the path of teaching with a trauma-aware perspective.
Through an embodied approach, my healing path has been a consistent practice of diving deeper into movement, breath, and psychedelic realms. I'm honored to walk alongside you.
I’m passionate about creating spaces to support mind, body and spirit journeys through a trauma-informed approach.

Experience ancient and indigenous practices to honor our connection with our ancestors alongside somatic practices to create more resilient nervous systems.
Your self-agency, empowerment, and transformation is my priority.
Offerings & Experiences
I am a trauma-informed somatic facilitator, plant medicine guide, and educator working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, altered states, and relational ethics.

My work is rooted in the understanding that healing does not happen in isolation, nor does it require a mental clinical diagnosis. It happens in relationship - with the body, with others, with land, and with the social systems we move within.

I work with individuals who want support that is body-led and consent-based and are navigating psychedelic or dream journeys, relational transitions, identity shifts, grief, and periods of profound change.
Rather than seeking to “fix” or interpret your experience, my role is to help create the conditions for safety, integration, and choice.
I work 1:1 and in groups where altered states can be explored responsibly, with attention to power, boundaries, and collective nervous systems. I also mentor facilitators who are holding others through trauma-informed, psychedelic, or relational work and want support navigating ethics, burnout, and complexity.

My approach is informed by indigenenous practices, trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, somatic facilitation, psychedelic preparation and integration, and years of community-based teaching and leadership. I am committed to decolonising wellbeing practices by resisting extraction, honouring cultural humility, and staying accountable to the limits of my role.

This work is slow, relational, and grounded. It prioritises safety over spectacle, presence over performance, and integrity over expansion.
