Studio Classes Raquel opened Kanuka Yoga Space  to create a community yoga space for all types of bodies and selected an amazing group of teachers to help cultivate inner-awareness for a wide range of personalities. She is also the co-owner of School of Modern Meditation and the Director of Trauma-Informed and Plant medicine programmes, you can find her teaching SOMM Slow Flow or Candlelight Yin on occasion at the studio.
