The day will begin with grounding and somatic resourcing so you're prepared for the journey ahead. Raquel will support you in setting your intention in ceremony with cacao and plant medicine 🍄🌳🌵 . Then open into an altered state through the power of breathwork led by experienced facilitator, Sarah Lamb. Rest in meditation. Land softly with a group integration through the power of storytelling and explore some frameworks which may support meaning-making of your experience. 


  • Morning: Welcome & Somatic Resourcing

  • Mid-Day: Plant Medicine Ceremony & Ritual to honour ancestors and the land & Breathwork - Meditation

  • Afternoon: Sharing & Group Integration, and nourishing nibbles
