Join Raquel Minh, trauma-informed plant medicine guide and School of Modern Meditation (SOMM) team member, during this online interactive discussion on magic mushrooms and mental health.


She shares from a harm reduction and educational perspective, you'll learn more about:

  • Risks, Contraindications

  • Legality across United States, Australia, and New Zealand

  • Micro-dosing to therapeutic doses

  • What does "preparation" mean?

  • Why is integration so important?

  • How a meditation practice can support this process


There will be time for a Q&A and also SOMM Founder Claire Robbie will be there to guide questions and share her experiences.


This session will not be recorded so attendees can feel safe to share and ask questions.


We note that although Aotearoa New Zealand is becoming a pioneer within this space, psilocybin remains a Class A drug and there is still much stigma. We honour your privacy and confidentiality within this session.
