Grief is a non-negotiable part of the human experience, yet in today’s world… we rarely have a space to acknowledge this powerful phase of life. Throughout human history, the process of grief was never meant to be a burden you have to carry alone. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one, the ending of a job, a major life transition, or the shedding of old parts of yourself, your grief deserves a safe space to be held.

Join us on for a 4 week online exploration with Raquel Minh & Aviette Musin. Together, we will harness the power of community to process loss and honor our collective and individual losses while sharing more on how mushrooms are being used to address mental wellbeing.

🧘‍♂️ Meditation, Breathwork, and Movement

Grief sits in the tissues of the body. We will gently approach your grief from a physical, somatic perspective. Through targeted movement, intuitive breathwork, and deep meditation, we help the nervous system digest heavy emotions without becoming overwhelmed.

🍄 Plant Medicine

Nature is our ultimate mirror for cycles of life, death, and rebirth. We will explore how plant allies can support the grieving heart. Crucially, we will dive into the science and spirit of why psychoactive mushrooms profoundly influence this process - dissolving rigid mental loops, opening up emotional pathways, and allowing us to relate to our loss with deeper compassion.

Weekly Flow

  • Week 1: The RootsBuilding community safety, naming our losses, and introducing somatic tracking for grief.

  • Week 2: The StemSensing into the wave of emotion. Using movement and breathwork to release stored density and emotional constriction.

  • Week 3: The CapExploring the intelligence of mycelium, decay, and regeneration. Reframing loss and emptiness as space to process.

  • Week 4: The SporesWeaving the insights into daily life and honoring the renewed self.

This is an educational and peer-support based course - not psychotherapy. So we can honour our scope of practice, please note this course may touch on deep grief and we recommend identifying your current support systems. If you’re experiencing acute crisis, please speak to a therapist or psychologist to support your baseline of emotional stability.
